Designer Finds: Colorful Collections
Our experience at Fall Market was inspiring, with punches of color everywhere! Our creative energy was certainly in high gear, and I want to share with DesignOn HPMkt followers a few of our favorite "colorful" vendors.
THIBAUT – Thibaut, truly rolled out the “red carpet” this last market with color, color, color, and more color. We were especially inspired by their Greenwood collection. We loved the Maranta Arrowroot magenta grass cloth wallcovering paired with their Daintree drapes. Photo credit: www.thibaut.com
HIGHLAND HOUSE FURNITURE - Speaking of color, Highland House Furniture allows you to customize almost any of their case good pieces in your favorite shade. We love the detail of the Barclay Butera Brigitte Credenza. Photo credit: www.highlandhousefurniture.com.
HIGHLAND HOUSE FURNITURE - Take a look at the Highland House Barrie Benson Blanche Daybed…. Ooooohhhh la la! We love the combination of pink and black on the daybed pictured above. The black contrast welt gives the piece a tailored look that is not too overwhelming. Photo credit: www.highlandhousefurniture.com.
HIGHLAND HOUSE FURNITURE - Just to give a glimpse at exactly HOW colorful the Highland House showroom was, I included a photo we shot of their showroom at October’s market. We adored the large pink and red stripe on the sofa above.
CURREY & COMPANY – New for Currey & Company this season, is the Lynworth Lantern. Its geometric chinoiserie design is fresh and enchanting. The Lynworth comes in two stunning finishes, silver leaf, and a gold leaf. Both mix well with a bold room and allow the eye to rest. Photo Credit: www.curreyco.com
DALENO ART - One of our favorite art vendors, Daleno is consistent with their large variety of colorful art. We are particularly fond of their piece titled, “Firefox” and can’t wait to use this piece in a teen media room we are currently designing. Photo credit: www.dalenoart.com
