The Hamilton-Wrenn Design District showcases high-end furniture, accessories and home décor, along with numerous custom options for upholstery and case goods. Easily accessible by trolley or on foot, the Hamilton-Wrenn showrooms are a design destination for many market-goers.

For October Market, new product introductions include furnishings for almost every room of the home, as well as customizable lines that allow retailers and designers to differentiate their store or studio portfolio. The 200/320/330 North Hamilton showrooms in the center of the Hamilton Wrenn design district are home to numerous fashion-inspired product lines.

Dorya, an upscale upholstery and case goods manufacturer, is debuting the latest Vogue Living product introductions at 330 N. Hamilton during fall market, highlighting the intersection of fashion and furniture.

At 129 S. Hamilton, the Christopher Guy showroom showcases the company’s latest introductions in a stunning 20,000 square foot state-of-the-art building, the first purpose-built showroom to be constructed at High Point Market since 2005.

Resource Decor (330 N. Hamilton, 101) features many favorite designer lines from Andrew Martin, Beauhome, Kelly Hoppen, Maison 55, Nellcote Studio, Thomas Bina and Tracey Boyd.

What's Happening in the Hamilton Properties

For Oct market, five CEU-accredited events will be offered on the first floor of 200 North Hamilton in the Alden Parkes showroom. The seminars feature topics including: Colors, Finishes & Forecasting: What's in a Forecast & What You'll Be Seeing Soon; Is a Niche Critical for Your Business: Showhouse in a Showroom Panel; Interior Planning: Taking Care of YOU so You Take Great Care of Your Clients; Replacements Presents: Eddie Ross, Mix Master; and Getting the Most Out of Your Photography Budget.


Additionally, the Hamilton Highlights Tour takes place on Monday, Oct. 15 from 2:30 - 4:00 p.m.

All of the seminars are co-sponsored by IMC-DesignOnHPMkt and Alden Parkes.

3rd Night Progressive Gala Third Night- A Progressive Gala- Hamilton Wrenn Properties

The evening will offer live street entertainment and musicians throughout the district with a wide variety of special menus, themed parties and influencer interactions within the participating showrooms. The Third Night Gala will be celebrated through all of the Hamilton Wrenn Design District Showrooms and buildings.
