Find All The Finishing Touches
Visit the Accessory Floors in IHFC (Floors 2, 3, 4)
The IHFC features three floors devoted solely to the accessory categories, including rugs, lighting, wall art, decorative accessories, and every other finishing touch for the home creating a destination of more than 200 lines for home décor buyers. The showrooms on these floor offer products in all price-points depending on your product mix or customer needs.
This market marks the first phase of a re-merchandising of these floors to create a more compelling and effective shopping experience. As part of this initiative, there are some notable expansions, relocations, and new resources joining the mix.
On the second floor of the Design Wing, Global Views is expanding into a new 17,000 square foot showroom and GoHome is opening a new permanent showroom to supplement it’s offering in InterHall. New to the third floor this market are PictureSource, Kenroy, and Andrew Kolb, and Karastan is expanding its third floor showroom. Accessories by Sherwood is moving to a new showroom on the fourth floor, joining Ultimate Accents in its new expanded location, Yosemite in an expanded showroom, and the new GreenLeaf Art showroom, among others. The fourth floor will also feature a new corridor to provide better access to the showrooms on this floor.
The accessory floors in IHFC are a great place to see what’s trending in our industry in color, style and materials as they typically appear first in home décor lines because consumers can change out these items more frequently as trends and their taste evolve over time, so these floors are a great place to see what is trending in our industry.
