    In the first Fresh to Follow Local initiative, International Market Centers and Southeastern Center for Contemporary Art (http://secca.org/) are presenting Furnished at Market!, a 30-minute mini-presentation introducing several artisans with works currently on display at SECCA as part of the Furnished exhibition.  Described as furniture-based sculpture as well as sculptures that function as furniture, the Furnished exhibition showcases more than 50 works by 15 contemporary artists from North and South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. RSVP for the reception at SECCA and then continue to enjoy the local scene with dinner at a signature area restaurant. Take time to enjoy innovation, inspiration & conversation with artisans reinventing traditional ideas about furniture. RESP required to attend exhibit & reception.
