    Showplace Welcomes Ten New Exhibitors

    for Spring High Point Market

    Three existing tenants relocate for the Upcoming Market


    HIGH POINT, N.C. (Wednesday, April 17, 2013) – Buyers will arrive at Showplace at the upcoming High Point Market, April 20-25, to find13 new showrooms featuring ten new companies and three relocated and expanded showrooms. New companies showing this market include Akara Rugs, C.R. Plastic Products, Circa Imports, Furniture Design Group, Hinkle Chair, Home Trends & Design, Leo Dowell Collection by DeSantana, Plexi-Craft, SAMS International, and Treasure Garden.

    Akara Rugs (#3400) – Specializes in the manufacturing of hand woven, hand tufted and hand knotted rugs, carpets and bathmats in a variety of fibers with over 1,000 designs in their collection. Akara also exports to over 100 customers in more than 40 countries.

    C.R. Plastic Products (#3319) – Canada’s premier manufacturer of outdoor furniture, crafted 100% from Recycled plastics. Their products are built from solid "plastic lumber" and hand-crafted in much the same way as the classic wood designs they faithfully replicate.

    Circa Imports (#3415) – Circa Imports offers one of the most unique collections of Chinese country antiques in the world. Circa Imports looks for pieces that can be easily placed in most modern and Western rooms – accenting any setting.

    Furniture Design Group (#2118) – FDG was founded with the vision of merging elegance with choice. FDG offers a set of unique, highly customizable products that have been carefully selected for top quality and artistic design.

    Hinkle Chair (#3435) – Since 1834, five generations of the Hinkle family has been making quality hardwood furniture at the same location in Springfield, Tennessee. The quality and comfort of Hinkle products are carved out of over a 176 year old tradition.

    Home Trends & Design (#2400) – Home Trends and Design is a home furnishings wholesaler based in Austin, Texas specializing in designing solid hardwood furniture made from sustainable and reclaimed woods

    Leo Dowell Collection by DeSantana (#1629) Leo Dowell Collection by DeSantana is a cutting edge mix of wood, stone, and metal fireplace mantles, tables, and floors. The New Vintage collection also includes a line of interior doors that capture all of the romance of reclaimed European doors.

These new and relocating exhibitors add to the tremendous list of returning companies already exhibiting in Showplace this market.
