High Point, NC – (September 12, 2016) – At the center of the Hamilton-Wrenn design district sits one of High Point Market’s most interesting and classic properties — 200/320/330 North Hamilton. Recognized as a designer destination for decades, the three buildings that comprise the Hamilton properties offer a wide selection of show-stopping finds for the home. The newest additions to 200 North Hamilton for Fall High Point Market, October 22 - 26, are Fairfield Chair and Brownstone. Fairfield Chair moves to a grand-scale showroom on the second floor —encompassing more than 10,000 square feet. Formerly in the C&D building, Brownstone’s larger space on the first floor provides the ideal setting to showcase a greater representation of their product line and brings them together with similar designer-friendly companies, including Councill Furniture, Karges, Kindel, Fauld Town & Country Furniture, Vietri, Alden Parkes, French Accents Rugs, Stanley Furniture and more.

“With the addition of Fairfield Chair, we’ve got a very strong lineup of complementary designer-destination tenants throughout Hamilton this fall,” says Scott Eckman, Executive Vice President of Marketing & Furniture Leasing for International Market Centers (IMC). “Having an iconic furniture company such as Fairfield Chair join us is a true testament to the high quality of resources – for designers and retailers alike – being offered at this property.”

Resource Décor continues to flourish in the 330 North Hamilton property — showcasing a community of design-led brands that range in style and technique from English antique collections using old-world skills to design that features raw materials such as hardwoods and concrete, as well as lighting and accessory purveyors. With brands Maison 55, Beauhome, Chiltern Collection, Nellcote Studio, Coup and Company, The Archivist and Modern History, time shopping Resource Décor’s showroom is time well-spent.
