Elevators and a signature spiral staircase connect the showrooms housed in the former furniture factory, adding convenience and accessibility to the inherent ambiance of the renovated National Register of Historic Places building.

Hudson Valley Lighting, Mitzi, Troy Lighting and Corbett Lighting can be found in an 11,771-square-foot showroom (MS 90) in Historic Market Square, which showcases a broad selection of premium lighting fixtures. Hudson Valley Lighting has also expanded its showroom.
