Rhonda Jackson to Director of Furniture Leasing & Laura Price to Leasing Manager of SALON

HIGH POINT, NC – (April 8, 2015) – International Market Centers (IMC) today announced that Rhonda Jackson has been promoted to Director of Furniture Leasing – High Point and Laura Price has been promoted to Leasing Manager of SALON.  Both will report to Julie Messner, Senior Vice President for Furniture Leasing with IMC.

“Rhonda has assumed a tremendous amount of responsibility for the leasing function in High Point and accumulated a long list of successes throughout her tenure,” said Messner. “She has managed the leasing activity for key IMC properties – Historic Market Square and Suites, including SALON, as well as  the 200/300/330 North Hamilton, Commerce & Design, and more.  Laura has demonstrated her ability to maintain tenancy and attract companies of a high caliber. It’s a testament to IMC’s commitment to draw upon a strong internal talent pool to fulfill these new positions, with current employees who are highly-qualified for their expanded roles.”  

As Director of Furniture Leasing – High Point, Jackson will be responsible for overseeing and managing more than 300,000 square feet  of leasing space throughout our 14 properties in High Point, including the recently acquired Commerce & Design building. Jackson has been with IMC for seven years and brings 20 years of experience to her new position. 

Formerly responsible for leasing the Suites at Market Square (SAMS), in her new role as Leasing Manager of SALON, Price will continue her current duties for SAMS and take on the additional responsibility of directly managing SALON as well.  A High Point native, Price has worked for IMC since 2007. Prior to her current position within leasing, Price was a member of the advertising sales team.
