    IMC Names Six Market Snapshot “People’s Choice” Winners at Fall 2021 High Point Market

    HIGH POINT, N.C. – (October 17, 2021) – International Market Centers (IMC) has named six products – including furniture, textiles and architectural elements by Hooker Furniture, Modway, Native Spun, Pearl Mantels, Poetic Pillow and Union Home – as the Fall 2021 High Point Market “People’s Choice” Award winners. The winning products, as well as resources from another 45 IMC exhibitor finalists, are debuting at High Point Market, which runs through October 20, 2021.

    “After a nine-week Market Snapshot exploration of product for the whole home, buyers have identified items for bedrooms, home offices, small spaces and outdoor living that are top of mind while they are buying at High Point,” said Dorothy Belshaw, IMC executive vice president, chief customer and marketing officer. “We congratulate these furniture and home décor brands on their trendsetting winning designs.”

    Hooker Furnishings – Melange Zola Writing Desk

    This handcrafted desk features three drawers with a removable writing slide, pencil tray and dividers. The center drawer has a drop-front with rooster catch on both sides and a cutout for wires. The light wood finish features contrasting gray drawer fronts and silver colored metal base with antique pewter metal and acrylic hardware. Materials are Elm, Maple, Walnut Veneers and Metal. Overall product dimensions: 30 1/4"H, 28”D, 56”W.

    Modway - Celine Channel Tufted Performance Velvet Queen Bed

    The headboard is upholstered in stain-resistant performance velvet with a channel tufted detail.     Pearl Mantels – The Zachary Non-combustible Mantel Shelf

    This patented light weight, non-combustible shelf can be used indoors or out. It is hand painted, hand distressed and hand poured. Mantel is 5”H X 7.9”D and available in 48, 60 and 72” lengths in Wood Texture River Finish, Wood Texture Fontana Finish, Smooth Whitewash Finish and Smooth Graywash Finish.
