“A key to success in the home furnishings industry is innovation,” said Julie Messner, senior vice president of furniture and home décor leasing for International Market Centers. “SALON is a must-see destination for any buyer looking for cutting-edge product resources that will create excitement on retail floors and in design studios.”

Ercole Home (G7020) is returning to High Point Market with a selection of high-end artisanal furniture and an assortment of exciting new products from Italy. Founder Ornelia Pisano launched Ercole Home in 1986 to produce furniture and décor that are “works of art.” Working in mosaic, glass, leather, metal and birch, the collections are all handmade in New York in a studio principally staffed by women artisans. Each piece is available in custom finishes and sizes. Additionally, with their return, Ercole is adding a line of 100% cotton bath and area rugs hand-loomed on the island of Sardinia, Italy.

Pampas Leather/Cowhide Rugs (G6000B) is a family-run company established in 1926 in Barcelona, Spain that moved to Argentina in 1944. Since then, Pampas Leather has become one of the company’s biggest players in the cowhide and sheepskin business, establishing headquarters in Fort Lauderdale in 2016 to bring their products to the U.S. Every piece is handmade from raw materials that are sourced for quality, softness, color and texture. Products include rugs, chairs and pillows in cowhide, sheepskin and goatskin and leather furniture and headboards.

According to founder Roy Caro, The Picturalist (G6009) is a one-stop shop that offers custom, framed artwork via a curated image bank. Ranging from antique Etruscan prints to Modernist abstracts and photography by hand-picked artists, The Picturalist images can be selected in any size, frame and medium the customer chooses. Archival inks, premium papers, acrylics, metals and other materials are available, along with the capacity for 2,000 prints per day.

Three collections in one space— R&Y AUGOUSTI Paris, KIFU Paris and PATRICK COARD Paris (G7025) — are named after founding family members and represent a trio of artisanal collections, reflecting handmade techniques of eras past. KIFU Paris is a collection of home accessories and furniture that features handmade techniques of elaborate inlay patterns of shagreen, shells, semi-precious stones, materials interpreted in fresh ways including "jewelry inspired knobs" on decorative boxes, gold bar boxes and an extravagant inlay pattern mix of shagreen and shell inspired from the feathers of exotic birds seen on an enormous round mirror.  PATRICK COARD Paris is a collection of candles in a shagreen texture, hand carved patterns and sculptural shapes, inspired by sculptors from the 30s and 40s. R&Y AUGOUSTI is the anchor of the family collections and showcases iconic pieces from the line normally seen only in Paris, Italy and New York, along with fresh new large scale furniture designs as well as accessories including a new universe-inspired handmade Star mirror in metal and exotic skins.
