Together Safely | Learn How IMC is Preparing Markets for Reopening

IMC's commitment to delivering an exceptional market experience in Atlanta, High Point and Las Vegas remains paramount in the time of COVID-19. We have reviewed the key players in the office, retail, hospitality, and gaming sectors for best practices, consulted with suppliers and service contractors, and have tracked mandates and recommendations of federal, state, and local governments for the jurisdictions in which IMC operates. In addition, IMC has engaged an Emory University-based epidemiologist, Dr. Carlos Del Rio, to consult in the preparation and implementation of this reopening program. Additionally, IMC has tapped a cross-functional team on its own staff to produce a set of protocols to guide the process of reopening our facilities.

Join this webinar to review highlights from our health & safety master plan and what to expect at upcoming summer markets. Dr. del Rio will join the IMC leadership team to discuss the reopening plan and answer questions related to COVID-19's impact on our Market procedures - including use of PPE, social distancing protocols, logistical changes and more.

Doing Business in the New Normal

The International Textile Alliance (ITA) will lead a virtual roundtable discussion on the effects of COVID-19 on the home furnishings industry, and how doing business will change as the industry begins to reopen. Even as we see signs of the industry reopening, we will not be going back to business as usual anytime soon. Join ITA for an interactive discussion on what we can expect in “the new normal” from the perspectives of a furniture retailer, upholstery manufacturer, textile manufacturer and a textile converter. The discussion will be moderated by textile industry veteran Jack Eger, Senior Vice President of Crypton Home Fabrics. Panelists will include Jeff Harris of Furnitureland South, George Jordan of The MT Company, Kathryn Richardson of Libeco, Patrick Shelton of Valdese Weavers, and Greg Thomases of Swavelle Mill Creek.
